All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of when you place the order as long as it is placed and paid before 3 p.m. PST.
This shipping time does not include holidays and weekends.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated from the courier and allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to arrive unless you have paid for expedited shipping, which is available.
Please note, we are not responsible for duties, taxes, or additional fees when exporting our products. Please be aware in many countries you are required to pay these fees upon delivery.
We do our best to ensure the website inventory displays are accurate and up-to-date. However, if an item is out of stock or on backorder and the website does not reflect this, you will ONLY be invoiced for the inventory that is in stock. All inventory that is in stock from your order will ship as scheduled. If you were sent a partial order, you will be contacted via email or telephone when the rest of your order is in stock and sent an invoice for the remaining balance.
Generally, defective products may be returned for exchange of the same or equivalent products. We accept returns for defective items within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Some of the manufacturers we carry hold a 1 year warranty from the date of our original purchase from them, if this is the case we honor all manufacturer warranties. For items purchased through Advance Reservations, we accept returns for defective items within thirty (30) days of the shipping date.To initiate a return, you must contact email@example.com to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. When returning defective items, please include a copy of the invoice, highlighting the items being returned. An authorization for a return is effective for 10 business days. Returns typically take between three to five business days to process.
